Clark Wesley Francis Jr, age 41 of Decherd, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Decherd on November 8, 1979. Visitation will be from 11 am-12 pm on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
