Clarence Hermon Creech, 87, of Mentone, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024 at his home. He was born May 31, 1937 to the late Jesse Creech and Ruby Polk Creech. He was retired from General Motors in Michigan as a diesel mechanic. Then in Magnolia Springs, AL was an awesome cabinet maker, and always an all-round handyman.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years Sadie Herman; children Sheila Woods, Christopher Cummins, Kimberly Nelson, Cathy Corsentino (Patrick), Chandler Cummins, and Elizabeth Cruickshank; grandchildren Lori McCullers (David), Kris Johnson, Pam Bledsole, Ken Wood, Dan Wood, Savannah Cummins, Louise Cummins, Miriam Cummins, Mandy Williams (Derik), Seth Corsentino (Jessie), Kacy Callaway (Tripp); Great-Grandchildren Bobby McCullers, Asher McCullers, Elysia McCullers, Brooke Johnson, Kyle Bledsole, Brallie Corsentino, Attallie Corsentino, Ellie Corsentino, Kit Callaway, and Charlie Callaway; Great Great-Grandchildren Livi Johnson and Ella Bledsole; Siblings Richard Creech (Cheryl), Jeff Creech (Delight), Juanita Lewis, Judy Mach, Vivian Goodman (Herb), Marilyn Dietzler (Mack),and Carolyn Blas.
He was preceded in death by his siblings Douglas Creech, Harold Creech, Hershel Creech, and Ellen Creech.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
