Clarence Allen Hulsey, age 71 of Decherd, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro. He was born in Elora on February 17, 1949 to the late George West and Ida Mae (Reagon) Hulsey. A true patriot, Clarence served in and retired from the United States Army, a career he was most proud of. He cherished the time spent with his beloved family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Aiden Allen Hulsey; and siblings, James Hulsey, Dorothy Stice, Mary Alice Reagin, Billy Frank Hulsey, Ralph Hulsey, Grace Hulsey, and Thomas Hulsey. Clarence is survived by his loving children, Samantha (Timothy) Jackson of Belvidere, Neal Allen (Arica) Hulsey of Estill Springs, and Felicia (Jeremiah) Jackson of Winchester; siblings, Linda Poe of Decherd, Carol Hulsey of Huntsville, Martha Judy of Decherd, and Mack Hulsey of Louisville; grandchildren, Jacob Jackson, Emma Jackson, Lily Jackson, Liam Hulsey, Mason Jackson, and Parker Jackson; and nephew, Calvin Poe of Decherd.
