Clara McConnell of Lester, AL passed away Friday June 19th, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Limestone County to John C. Beasley and Robbie Lee Corder Beasley on December 2nd, 1921.
Services will be Sunday June 21st, 2015 at 3:00pm at New Salem Cemetery with Guy McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00pm-2:30pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. McConnell is preceded in death by her parents John and Robbie Corder Beasley, husband L.E. McConnell. Her brothers John Beasley Jr, Robert Beasley, Thomas W. Beasley and her sister Mary Nell Beasley Sigler and son in law Anthony Stinnett.
She is survived by her daughter Robbie Nell Stinnett, son Joseph McConnell, grandson Mark Stinnett (Robin), granddaughter Sandra Blankenship (Troy), great-grandsons Will Stinnett (Heidi) and Reed Blankenship. Also great granddaughters Olivia Blankenship and Anna Stinnett. She is also survived by her sisters Lucille McConnell and Maratha McConnell and brothers Aubrey Beasley, Herman Beasley, Doyle Beasley, and Joel Beasley and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mark Stinnett, Vince McAleer, Will Stinnett, Jay Beasley, Reed Blankenship, and Troy Blankenship.
