The Funeral Service for Clara Evelyn Stricklin, 80, of Florence will be 2PM, Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Greenview Funeral Home of Florence. The visitation will be 12-2PM prior to the service. Gary Gooch and Matt Heupel will officiate the service. The interment will be in Florence City Cemetery.

Mrs. Stricklin passed from this life on Oct 12, 2023. She was born January 9, 1943 to Willie and Pauline Sharp Hubbard. She was a customer service Manager for Winn Dixie Grocery. Mrs. Stricklin was a member of Woodlawn Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Pauline Hubbard; spouse, William Stricklin; brothers, Neal Hubbard, E. J. Hubbard, Alfred Hubbard, Billy Hubbard.
Mrs. Stricklin in survived by her son, Chris (Cindy) Blalock; daughters, Amelia (Dale) Schulte, Amanda Boddie; brothers, Dwight (LouAnn) Hubbard, Spencer (Shelly) Hubbard; sisters, Mary (Mike) Nash, Shelia (Larry) Johnson; sisters-in-law, Sandra Southerland, Betty Hubbard; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Chris Blalock, Dale Schulte, Tom Nichols, Michael Nash, Parker Franklin, and Luke Blalock.
Honorary Pallbearers are Dwight Hubbard, Spencer Hubbard, Mike Nash, and Ethan Nichols.
