City of Tuscumbia to Host 2nd annual STEAM Camp for kids

TUSCUMBIA – The City of Tuscumbia Parks & Recreation Department will host a STEAM Camp this summer for children entering grades 3-5. This three-day STEAM Camp will be offered from 9 am – 12 pm July 8-10, 2019 at The Round House in Tuscumbia. UNA’s Department of Elementary Education will provide programming, which will include Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math activities. Students who participate will engage in innovative activities that include designing, coding, building, planting, problem solving, writing, history and art. Camp fees are $25 per child for the three-day camp. To register, visit The Tuscumbia Depot at 204 W. 5th Street, Tuscumbia, AL.
