Cindy Goode Davis passed from this life on Monday, March 25th, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center surrounded by family. She was sixty-five years of age.
Born January 30th, 1959, she was a member of the 1977 class of Lauderdale County High School. Cindy pursued a nursing degree and found her true calling. Her patients all adored her for the loving and individualized attention she provided. She had a special heart for elder care. Cindy was known for her fun sense of humor, lighting up every room she entered.
Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Delma E. Goode, and her grandparents Faires H. and Annie Cooper and William A. and Elease Goode, all of Rogersville.
She is survived by her mother, Emma Cooper Goode of Rogersville; two sons- Wesley Davis (Jessica) of Hamilton, Hunter Davis of Florence; ten grandchildren- Ethan, Caleb, Andrea, Briann, Cooper, Liza, Zachary (Chaslie), Stacee, Cruz, Natiley, two brothers -Tim Goode (Rene) of Florence and Jeff Goode (Linda) of Huntsville. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew, along with a large extended family who loved her as well.
A burial was held March 30, 2024 at Cooper Cemetery.
