Christy Ann Morris, age 35 of Pinson, passed away on Saturday, January 16 at Jackson General Hospital.
Christy was born on April 11, 1985 in Boise, ID to Carol Burcham and Mark Morris. She went on to have two beautiful children, Kaylee Morris and Andrew Morris. Christy loved to cook for her family and riding her motorcycle. She loved the ocean, camping, animals, and loved to take care of her elderly family.
Christy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alice, Walt, Blu, and Darrell.
She is survived by her children, Kaylee and Andrew; her mother, Carol Burcham Barnes; her father, Mark Morris; sister, Rhiannon Bartlett (Travis); her brother, Jason Morris; niece Lillian and nephew Jacen; her grandmother, Beulah; her aunt Marian; and uncles David, Carl, Terry, and Greg. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Koda.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Parkburg Cemetery with Bro. Danny Rachel, pastor of Parkburg Baptist Church officiating. The family will have gathered for a private viewing prior to the service.
