Christopher Lee “Chris” Townson age 44, of Joppa passed away Sunday September 8, 2024, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice Inpatient Facility. Chris was born June 13, 1980, in Cullman, the son of Bobby Ray Townson and Ronda Kay Holmes Townson.
He is survived by his parents: Bobby and Ronda Townson; daughters: Taylor Martin and Kenleigh Blackmon; sister: Katherine Townson; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A Graveside service will be Wednesday September 11, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Gum Pond Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12-1 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel.
