Graveside service for Christopher Dale Gulley, age 61, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Rev. Earl Holt officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Gulley, who died Friday, May 21, 2021, at his residence, was born June 17, 1959, in Decatur, to Joseph Edward Gulley and Betty Jane Mayfield Gulley Adamson. He was preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Mavo Mayfield; and one nephew, Michael Trent Zanda. Mr. Gulley was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He is survived by his son, Shane Edward Gulley; his mother, Betty Adamson; one brother, Joseph Darryl Gulley; and two sisters, Yvonne Sandlin and Yvette Richards.
Pallbearers will be Blake Sandlin, Jacob Sandlin, Tyler Summers, Trevor Summers, and Jaxson Gulley.
