Christopher Combs, 24 of Athens, passed away on Thursday, June 30th, 2022, at Vanderbilt Hospital. Mr. Combs was born on March 4th, 1998, to Ruby “Beth” Anerton and Donald Combs.
Mr. Combs is survived by his father Donald Combs; mother Ruby “Beth” Anerton; stepfather Roger Anerton; brothers Zachery Winston (Mallory), Aaron Brooks, and Nathan Anerton; sisters Joslynn Winston and Taylor Anerton; grandparents Revena and Bobby Marks and Leisa Garland; nieces Marlowe and Reagan; nephews Raylen and Ashton.
Preceded in death by his stepfather Yancy Foster and uncle Johnnie Brooks.
Graveside services for Mr. Combs will be Thursday, July 7th, 2022, at 1:00pm at Elk River Mills Memorial Gardens, with Terry Brown officiating. Visitation will be 11:00am-12:30pm Thursday, July 7th, 2022, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Zachery Winston, Aaron Brooks, Bobby Marks, Nathan Anerton, Roger Anerton, Sam Marks, and Taylor Wisdom
