Christopher “Chris” Andrew Haeger, age 36, passed away Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015. Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Chad Payne officiating.
Chris was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 1997 at Eagles Landing in Stockbridge, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roy and Mary Elizabeth Robertson, and paternal grandparents, Andrew and Daisy Haeger.
Survivors are his parents, Terry and JoAnn Haeger; uncles, Larry Haeger (Mary Ann), Berry Robertson (Wanda), and Gary Robertson (Rena); aunts, Shirley Darby and Charlotte McDaniel (Don); great-aunt, Jean Womble; and eight cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Florence-Lauderdale Public Library.
