“Christmas Greetings
It’s hard to believe that it is already Christmas time again. I’m sure you’ve heard it said before that the older you get, the faster time goes by, and I have found that to be true. It’s hard to believe that Mary Elliott now has her driver’s license and Robert Hayes is halfway through his 6th grade year. But, no matter how much time goes by, I try to never forget all of the blessings I have in my life. I have a wonderful family and friends who care about me, and I am deeply blessed and honored to serve you in Congress. I work everyday to earn the trust you have put in me with your vote.
Of course the greatest blessing of all is the one that happened more than 2,000 years ago. As you gather with your family I hope that you will remember the birth of Jesus of Nazareth who truly is the greatest blessing and gift that has ever been given to man. The birth and the life of Christ continue to change hearts today with their message of hope and redemption for all who receive His gift.
On behalf of Caroline, Mary Elliott, Robert Hayes, and also my staff who do a great job on my behalf, I wish you and your family a bright and happy Christmas season.
