Funeral service for Christine Wise Patterson, 85, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 28th, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Albert Dean Estes officiating with interment in Centerpoint Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Patterson passed away Sunday, May 24th at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born June 7, 1929 to parents, Luther & Bessie Burnham Wise. She was a member of Centerpoint Baptist Church. Christine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and community. After the loss of her husband, she remained a strong, independent, leader in the raising of their four children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hobert Patterson and a brother, Buel Wise.
Survivors include her sons, Gary (Rita) Patterson, Dr. Michael Patterson, Glenn Patterson; daughter, Beth (Stan) Patterson; brother, Emmett (Christine) Wise; grandchildren, Kristy Patterson, Cassie (Anthony) McKiernan, Michael Paul (Tonya) Patterson, John David (Misty) Patterson, Jason Patterson, Amber Patterson, Brandi Patterson, Jaclyn (Ryan) Scott and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Centerpoint Cemetery Fund.
Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 12-2.
