Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Bell, age 87, will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Shelton Funeral Home, with Josh Thompson officiating, with burial to follow in Hartsfield Cemetery at Brazil, TN. Visitation with the family will be Saturday August 19, 2023 from 5 until 8 PM in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bell a member of Bethany Church of Christ and former employee of Kellwood Manufacturing, passed away on August 17, 2023 at the Dyer Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center at Dyer, TN.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husbands, Jay Arnold, Albert Morris and Raymond Bell; her parents, Raymond and Lois (Smith) Baker; a sister, Dorothy Cavaness; and two brothers, Venson and Everett Baker.
Mrs. Bell is survived by a daughter, Pam Parker of Rutherford, TN; a son, Steve J. Arnold of Trenton, TN; six sisters, Faye Hinson of Palatine, IL, Rachel Proudfit of Humboldt, TN, Ester Richardson of Trenton, TN, Kathy Collins of San Jose, CA, Brenda Conway of Milan, TN, and Gail Baker of Henderson, TN ; five grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
