Christina Maria Spazzarini Sexton, 57, of Huntsville, Alabama, left this world on May 25, 2024, surrounded by friends and family following a long, courageous fight against Parkinson’s Disease and Lewy Body dementia.
She is survived by her daughter, Abby Sexton; her father, Robert Spazzarini; her sister, Julia Spazzarini Aquila and husband Vince Aquila; her nephew, Ben Aquila and husband Fernando Marban; her niece, Maddie Aquila; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of North Alabama or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
