Christa Dawn Flynt prematurely left this earth on October 23, 2023. Her sudden departure has
devastated all those who knew and loved her.
Christa’s vivacious spirit was unparalleled. Her laughter leaves a resounding echo in the hearts
of all who knew her. Christa lived life on her terms with an ability to persevere under any
circumstances. Although 24 years with her will never feel sufficient, her laughter, smiling face,
and devotion to those she loved will reside in the hearts and memories of her friends and
family forever.
Christa is survived by her mother Ammie Pearse and father Craig Flynt. Forever remembered by
her siblings Macy Magnusson, Summer Wade, and McKinley Flynt. She is also loved and
remembered by her aunt Tabatha Flynt, cousins Shae Glassco, Chelsea Gibson, and Dylan
Gibson, and other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Christa was preceded in death by her grandmother Charlotte Hunt Flynt and great-
grandparents Roy and Novella Hunt.
Christa will be laid to rest alongside her grandparents at Oak Hill Cemetery in Attalla, AL at a
future date.
