Memorial service for Chilton Oden Teague, 84, will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 1:00p.m. at Catalyst Community Church with Associate Pastor Seth Barber officiating.
Mr. Teague died Saturday, September 23, 2023 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dwight & Dorothy Teague; brother, Richard Teague; sister Patricia Wesley; grandson Justin Gaskey.
He was a loving Father and Grandfather and a loyal friend to all who knew him. He served 6 years Active Duty in the United States Air Force, and retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after 34 years.
He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his son, Stephen (Rhea) Teague; daughter, Lillie (Matt) Shepard; daughter Julie Campbell; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A special thanks to Hope Hospice, Brenda Gibbs, Tori Teague and the loving sitters who provided excellent care for him in his last days.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude.
