Chet Mona Faye Flatt, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, TN, was born on June 8, 1943 in Corry, PA. February 21, 2024, she passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. She was of the Nazarene faith and attended Trevecca Nazarene University where she majored in Biology. She will be remembered for her calm manner, love for her family, and love for getting in the car and riding around.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Nadine Burch; and sister, Sue Nielsen.
She is survived by one daughter whom was her world, Kimberly Kaye McMasters of Five Points, TN; a precious son-in-law, Steve McMasters, whom she loved as a son. She was the BEST loving grandmother to Kalee Jo Richardson (Zechariah) of Loretto, TN and Allie McMasters of Lawrenceburg, TN; she was the proud great-grandmother of Isaac Richardson. She is also survived by one brother, Willis “Ben” Burch of Lawrenceburg, TN; special friend, Dan Embler of Hampshire, TN; and Jerry Jernigan of Franklin, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will have a private celebration of her beautiful life.
