Cheryl Ann Vazquez-Ricardo, 66 passed away on October 4, 2022. Cheryl was born in Huntsville, AL on September 30, 1956. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Wilson Mitchell; mother, Evelyn Elizabeth Mitchell; sister, Sherry Elizabeth Mitchell.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Brandi Land (David); son, Michael Towery (Tammy); husband, Nahum Vazquez-Ricardo; grandchildren, Breanne Elise Towery, Raegan Elizabeth Land; aunts, Ruth Mitchell, Iva Mitchell; uncle, Jerry Mitchell, along with numerous cousins, family and friends.
Cheryl was a member of Chase Missionary Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Lee High School. She loved the beach, fall weather and her family and friends. Cheryl also loved to laugh and was an Alabama Crimson Tide Fan. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
