Charlotte Lee Cook, age 83 of Antioch, passed away Saturday December 3, 2022 at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville.
Mrs. Cook was born April 8, 1939 in Pulaski, TN to Roy Lee and Gladys May Clifton Grant. She was a retired bus driver for Metro Transportation in Nashville and preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale Cook, and her daughter Beverly Wakefield.
Visitation will be Tuesday December 6, 2022 from 4-8pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2pm Wednesday December 7, 2022 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with interment to follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
Survivors include her son Tim Cook (Carolyn) of Smyrna, daughter Sherry Gipson (Robert Long) of Antioch, brother Royce Grant (Jamie) of Lawrenceburg, sister Kathy Perry of Lawrenceburg, grandchildren Jennifer, Stacey, Curtis, Michael, Morgan, Matthew, and 11 great grandchildren.
