Charlotte L. Houser, age 81, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024, at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired lab technician, and of the Baptist Faith. She loved arts & crafts and enjoyed birdwatching.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Vista Bishop Houser.
She is survived by one brother, Ronnie Houser (Ursula) of Lanexa, VA; one sister, Gwen Houser of Franklin, TN; two nephews, Dale Houser (Elena) of Reston, VA, and Scott Houser (Maria) of Weston, FL; one great-nephew, Joshua “Josh” Houser of NC; one great-niece, Alexandria Houser of Weston, FL; best friend, Sue Eley of Lawrenceburg, TN; five special daughters, Dee Hoover of Shady Grove, TN, Connie Ledbetter of Lebanon, TN, Gayle Sisson of Lebanon, TN, Jane Ward of Atoka, TN, and Judy Eley of Lawrenceburg, TN; ten special grandchildren, Christine Hoover, Carter Hoover, Glen Sisson, Wyatt Koch, Lilly Sisson, Jack Ward, Grant Ward, Tanner McCall, Carlie McCall, and Chase Ward; and four special great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Friday, September 20, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Mimosa Cemetery at 1:00 PM Friday, September 20, 2024, with Carter Hoover officiating.
