Funeral for Charlotte Fran Waters, 81, of Decatur will be Friday, February 20, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ivan Armor officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Waters, who died Saturday, February 14, 2015, at her residence, was born March 20, 1933, in Lawrence County to Ernest Armor and Minnie Clemons Armor. She was an avid bowler. She enjoyed gardening and wildflowers and arts and crafts. Her husband, Hollis Waters, preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Greg Waters and his wife, Sandra, Steve “Tebo” Waters and Mike Waters; and two grandchildren, Jeff Waters and Jennifer Waters.
