Charlotte Ann Payne, 79, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was a graduate of Pontotoc High School where she played basketball and was a cheerleader. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Tupelo. She worked hard and loved to work in her yard.
Services will be at 4:00pm Sunday, March 31, 2024 at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. Bro. Rob Garland will officiate. Burial will be in the Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Pontotoc.
Survivors, children, Robert Fike, Denise Burton and Vickie Bryant; brother, David Higgins; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by, father, Herman Payne; mother, Guinn Payne; brother, H.C. Payne and a sister, Gina Higgins.
Pallbearers, Bill “Cecil” Payne, David Higgins, Joe Payne, Keith Moorman, Justin Higgins and Tyler Higgins.
Visitation, 2:00pm until service time Sunday, March 31, 2024 at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home.
