Charlotte Ann Criscoe Phillips age 63, of Arab, passed away Wed. Oct. 12, 2016, at Marshall Medical Center North. Mrs. Phillips was born on Nov. 13. 1953, in Decatur, AL, the Daughter of James Willard and Dorothy Mooney Criscoe. She was married to Michael Phillips who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her Parents: James Willard and Dorothy Mooney Criscoe; 2 Brothers: Buddy Criscoe and Jerry Criscoe. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She is survived by her Son: Chris Ransom of Union Grove; Daughters: Dottie Leanna Ransom Johnson of Arab and Alisha Gail Ransom Riley of Riverside; Sister: Brenda Franklin of Arab; Grandchildren: J. Swaay Ransom, Alan Riley and Cole Riley. Funeral Service will be Sunday Oct. 16, 2016, at 1:30 PM at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. Scott Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Watson/Morrow Cemetery in Morgan County. Visitation will be Sat. 5-8 PM at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
