Mr. Charlie R. Key 79, of Gurley passed away on Saturday September 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Key and his son Johnny Key.
He is survived daughter Debra (Steve) Alverson, granddaughter Amanda ( Brandon) Bailey, great grandson Charlie Bailey, sister Mary Durham, brother Frank ( Mary) Key, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and Friends.
Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville on Monday September 9 from 5 pm until 8pm. Services will be held on Tuesday September 10 at Pleas Mount Baptist Church at 2pm, with burial to follow in Pleas Mount Cemetery.
