Charles W. Thompson, 84, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Cherokee, with burial in Watkins Cemetery, Barton. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services.
