Charles Stephen Horn, 56, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Tupelo, MS and worked as a logger. He was a hard worker and wanted to work every day that he could and helped his parents any way he could. He was a faithful member of Antioch Baptist Church and attended every Sunday.

Services will be Saturday, November 16, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Dean Warren and Bro. David Holcomb officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, November 16, 11:30-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery, Belmont, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his father, Charles Horn; mother, Carolyn Holcomb Horn; two sisters, Tammy Howard (Marc) and Melissa Cleveland (Chris); nieces and nephews, Cassie Howard Alvarez (Sergio), Jon Howard (Kayla), Anna Howard Penuel (John), Alex Ewing (Kellsie) and Katie Armstrong (Bo) and thirteen great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Pam Sparks and his grandparents, F.J. “Coot” and Necie Horn and Brooks and Eula Holcomb.

Pallbearers will be Jon Howard, Alex Ewing, Bo Armstrong, Pat Horn, Mark Horn and Phillip Horn. Honorary pallbearers will be Marc Howard and Chris Cleveland.
