Charles Shotts, age 92 of Hamilton, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Winfield Hospital. Charles was born in Alabama on Sunday, July 03, 1932, to Neely Pride Shotts and Flora Lawhon Shotts.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 67 years Rebecca Jo Shotts; son, Chris Shotts; grandsons, Preston Shotts (wife, Celia), Dayton Shotts, great-grandchildren, Alex, Linda, Charles; sister, Faye Green and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parent, Neely Pride Shotts and Flora Lawhon Shotts; brothers, Neely, Rex, Max; sister, Flonnie, Jane.
The visitation will be from 12- 2 p.m. Sunday, February 02, 2025, at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 pm in the chapel with Bro. Jeremy Sorrells officiating. The interment will be at Rudicell Cemetery.
The Pallbearers are Rodney Green, Blake Sherrod, Mike Shotts, Rick Shotts, Cody Watson, and Daron Watson.
Marion County Funeral Home will assist the family.
