Charles “Ricky” Richard Ford, age 67 of Greenbrier passed away Friday, May 27, 2022 at Centennial Medical Center. A Memorial Service will be held at 5pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home Greenbrier with Bro. Jon Briggs officiating. The family will receive friends 12pm to 5pm service time at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 1st.
Ricky was born April 6, 1955 in Springfield, TN to the late Raybon Hershel Ford and Martha McIntosh Ford. Other than his father he was preceded in death by a grandson, Lane Ridiner and a brother, Roger Dale Ford.
He worked in Maintenance for Martinrea Fabco. He loved his family very much, especially the grandbabies. He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles and classic cars. Anyone in attendance is welcome to bring your own motorcycle or classic car to the funeral home for the visitation and service. He also enjoyed fishing and was willing to help anybody in need.
He is survived by his mother, Martha McIntosh Ford of Greenbrier; sons, Andy (Mandi) Ford of Nashville, Chris (Stacy) Ford of Greenbrier; daughter, Melissa (Mitchell) Ridiner of Lebanon, TN; brothers, Ray (Sharon) Ford of White House, Randy (Pearl) Ford of Greenbrier, Jim Ford of Greenbrier; sisters, Robin Carroll of Springfield, Mary Walker of Springfield; grandchildren, Allie Ford, Abby Ford, Travis Ridiner, Dominic Ford, Izzy Ford and Kolton Ridiner.
