Charles Raymond Wilkins, 58, passed away January 8, 2024. Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 1 – 3 p.m., at Williams Funeral Home with the service immediately following. He was the husband of Ginger Ann Jenkins Wilkins.
