Charles R. Bendall, age 78, Russellville, Alabama passed away Thursday, July 02, 2013 at Russellville Health Care.
The visitation will be 5-8 pm on Monday, July 01, 20123 at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. The 2 p.m. funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 02, 2013 at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL with Bro. Hershel Quinn and Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Tharptown Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence & Emma Bendall; brother, J.C. Bendall.
He is survived by niece, Beverly (Hershel) Cox; nephews, Wayne (Margie) Bendall, Edwin (Sandy) Bendall; 11 great nieces & nephews; 18 great-great nieces & nephews.
He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and a member of the Mason’s for several years. He was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and had retired from Robbins Rubber Company.
