Mr. Charles Phillip Altman, age 66, of Boaz, passed away Friday October 1, 2021.
Charles was preceded in death by wife, Cecelia Kay Altman; parents, Millard and Vera Kilpatrick Altman; sister, Judy Painter.
He is survived by daughter, Whitney White; son, Josh (Ashley) Greer; step son, Heath (Melissa) Rowan; grandkids, Emily Altman, Ava White, and Tucker White; brother, Johnny (Joanie) Altman and Greg Altman; sister, Cynthia (Chris) Bush.
