A funeral service for Charles O. Nolen will be Monday, February 5, 2024 at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home with burial at Herring Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00PM to 1:00PM. Mr. Nolen was born on August 26, 1934 in Franklin County to Bonnie and Ora Nolen. He died on Friday, February 2, 2024 at his residence.
Charles Nolen was a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church since 1958. Mr. Nolen was a proud Veteran and a Loving husband. He loved Gardening and could work in the yard all the time. Charles Nolen loved his dogs, loved to travel, and loved his church where he served as a deacon for many years.
Mr. Nolen was preceded in death by his parents Bonnie and Ora Nolen, Brothers Hershel Nolen and J.R. Nolen, and sisters Estelle Naylor and Velma Drane.

Wife: Janie S. “Ginger” Nolen
Nieces and Nephews that he treated like his own children: Suzanne Stephenson, Jennifer Garner, Fred Stephenson, Wanda, Rickey, Linda, Diane, Larry, Teresa, Paula, and Pam.
Pallbearers will be: Fred Stephenson, Jeff Garner, Stratton Garner, Stedman Garner, Jeff Woodruff, and James Bell.
