Nov. 28, 1929-Jan. 16, 2016 — Charles Leston Nicholson, 86, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at NHC Healthcare, Moulton.
Survivors include his brother, the Rev. James J.W. Nicholson; sisters, Melba Hood, Moulton, Jimmie Lou Martin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends and nephews will be pallbearers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tommie Masterson Nicholson; son, Eddie Nicholson; father, Earnest Nicholson; mother, Nancy Parker Nicholson; two brothers and three sisters.
He was a farmer and a member of New Zion Baptist Church.

Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at the funeral home chapel, with Brother Daniel Gray officiating. Burial will be in Masterson Cemetery, Town Creek.
