Charles L Garman, age 95, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2023 at his residence in Huntsville, Al.
Chuck was born on Oct , 13, 1928 in Juniata Pennsylvania.
He was a beloved husband, father , grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Wanda Garman; his daughters, Kim Gurley of Huntsville AL, Melody(Steve) Keeton of Ethridge TN; Brother, Earl (Tarry) Garman of Pennsylvania and sister, Joyce Thomas of Florida. Chuck’s legacy will live on through his grandchildren Mallory (Stephen) Lynch of Germantown TN, Brandon (Lydia ) Keeton of Lawrenceburg TN, Matthew Gurley of Huntsville AL. and 7 great grandchildren , Sydney, Oliver, Bricker, Arlo, Rory and 2 angels Issac and Kate who were waiting for him in Heaven.
Chuck was a veteran of the United States Air force. His career spanned several different positions in the aircraft industries.
He was an avid golfer and a charter member of Valley Hill County Club.
The family has chosen cremation and will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
