Charles Jason Pickens, age 49, Haleyville, AL. passed away Wednesday February 7, 2024. He was a member of Union Grove Congregational Church, a 1993 graduate of Phillips High School,1994 member of UNA Basketball team and a member of the Marion County Sports Hall of Fame.
Graveside Service will be held on Friday February 9, 2024 at 12:00NOON at Bethel Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery, with Kelcy Kirk speaking.
He is survived by his parents, Charles and Shelia Martin Pickens; children, Briana Kate Pickens and Jada Nicole Pickens; honorary brothers, Rodney Guthrie, Shawn Ricketts and Buddy Moore; uncles and aunts, Duwane and Bonnie Lowlery and family, Peggy Nieto and family, John Stidham and family, Phyllis White and family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Ann Stone Pickens.
