Charles Elmer Hulsey, Jr., 89, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at Russellville Hospital.
He lived most of his life in Russellville and was a retired machinist from TVA.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 22, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will be Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Paul Hulsey officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Survivors include children, Steven (Janet) Hulsey, Amy Hulsey (Jimmy) McDuffee, Paul Hulsey; grandchildren, Craig Bullion, Hunter Hulsey, Victoria Hulsey; great-grandchildren, Blayze Bullion, Claire Hulsey; loving friend, Barbara Tompkins; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife, Nina Lou Hulsey, and parents, Charles Elmer and Josephine Hulsey.
Pinkard Funeral Home will be directing.
