Charles Edward “Eddie” Aderholt, aka “Papa,” passed away at his home in peace surrounded by family on Monday, May 2, 2022. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents Milton Nelson Aderholt and Josephine Patterson Aderholt.
He is survived by loving wife Mary Regina Aderholt of 56 years, son Vince Aderholt (Stacey) and daughter
Paige Jones (Donald) from Jacksonville, AL, two sisters Janet Clark (Ron) and Anita Krutulis
(Albie), four grandchildren Dalton Jones (Tiffany), Cody Aderholt (Jackie), Candace Jones (fiancé
Ethan Howard), and Chloe’ Aderholt, three great-grandchildren Ellie Jones, Duke Aderholt, Elora
Mae Jones and two on the way.
He was a wonderful husband, awesome dad, amazing grandfather and great grandfather, fantastic
brother and brother-in-law, a mentor to many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces
and great friend to many of his brothers and sisters in Christ.
Eddie “Papa” loved the Lord, spending time with his family, fishing, tractors, and he could tell you
anything about a John Wayne movie. He was a man of integrity, honesty and would help anyone in
any kind of need. He was greatly loved, will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.

Thompson Nash Wagoner.
Services will be held at West Point Baptist Church in Jacksonville, AL on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Rev.
Ronnie Moore and Rev. Donald Jones will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 pm at West Point Baptist Church.
