Funeral service for Charles Edmon Callaway, Jr., 72, will be Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Herring Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Callaway died on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born January 10, 1945, in Decatur, to Charles Edmon Callaway, Sr. and Mary Terry Callaway. Mr. Callaway was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Connie Basileo; one grandson: Kyle Caputo and one niece: Monica Basileo.
