Charles “Eddie” Haddock was born on April 29, 1953 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of the late Clarence Sherman and Ella Mae Milton Haddock.
On November 26, 1963, he was united in marriage to Margaret Jean Bratcher, who preceded her husband in death on August 15, 2018.
Eddie was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee and lived in Hardin County, Tennessee for most of his life. He enjoyed spending time gardening, fishing, and cooking.
Charles “Eddie” Haddock departed this life on April 8, 2021 in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 11 months, and 10 days.
He is survived by his son, Steven Haddock of Waynesboro, Tennessee; daughters, Kim Holt and her husband Jeremy of Collinwood, Tennessee and Kristy Locklear and her husband Robby of Olive Hill, Tennessee; sisters, Frances McWilliams and Dena Morris; brother, Kenneth Haddock; grandchildren, Dewayne Middleton, Scott McLin, Tyler McLin, Krystal Pickens, Jacqueline McLin, Katie Haddock, Madison Haddock, Matthew Milford, Haley Holt, and Luke Holt; and 8 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, John “Hoyte” Haddock.
