Charles E. Harris, 84, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS. Chuck as he was fondly known, was a long-time resident of Pontotoc along with his wife, Shirley Dillard Harris.
Chuck is survived by his children, Gary Harris (Margie) of Lake Charles, LA, Chuck Harris of Indiana, Lisa Crockrel of Paducah KY, and stepdaughter, Debbie Perkins of Illinois; one sister, Judy Harris of New Port Richey, FL; seven grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and one granddaughter, Rachel Murphy.
Services will be Monday, August 28, 2023, at 10AM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. Visitation will begin at 9AM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
