Charles E. “Chuck” Tennyson, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the age of 77. His visitation will be today, August 10, 2018 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. with Darrell Pace officiating. Burial will be in Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Tennyson; sons, Don Tennyson, Mike Tennyson and Brian Tennyson; brother, Lawrence Tennyson; sister, Bettye Sue Ray; seven grandchildren.
A special thanks to our family and friends for their prayers and many acts of kindness during Charles’ sickness.
Pallbearers will be Don Tennyson, Mike Tennyson, Brian Tennyson, Jonathan Tennyson, Donovan Tennyson and David Knight. Honorary pallbearers will be Buck Tennyson and Chuck Ray.
