Charles David Patterson, age 82 of Tuscumbia died Monday, August 1, 2016.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. His funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Linda Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.
David was a native of Kossuth, Mississippi, was retired from TVA and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie Louise and David Elbert Patterson.
He is survived by his children; Vickie Clemmons (Wade), Kim Patterson, Tina Patterson (Dennis); sister, Sarah South; grandchildren, Erin Gray (Gregg), Taylor Schweighardt, Sara Walker, Brenna Patterson; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are John Vickers, Taylor Schweighardt, Gregg Gray and Johnny Wallace.
