Charles D. Willis, 91, of Russellville, AL passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2023. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 12-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow in the chapel at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
