Charles “Bud” Watkins, 69, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012. Visitation will be at Magnolia Church of Christ on Friday beginning at Noon. The funeral service service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, directing. Mr. Watkins was the wife of Linda Watkins.
