Charles Aaron Hawkins, 19, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on June 10, 2023. He was born on November 8, 2003, in Huntsville, to Cristy Johnson and Charles Brian Hawkins. Charles, who preferred to go by Aaron, was a talented musician who loved playing his guitars. He was known for his intelligence, wittiness, and his ability to make anyone laugh. He had a deep love for his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
Aaron is survived by Cristy Johnson (mother) Daniel Johnson (stepfather), Charles Brian Hawkins (father), Bethany Mitchell (sister), Angel Johnson (sister) and Eagan Johnson (sister), Mark and Cheri Jackson (grandparents), Ted Sario (grandfather), Steve and Carol Johnson (grandparents), Coy Jackson, Jr. (great grandfather), and Yvette Walton (great grandmother), as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Martha and Charles Leon “Chuck” Hawkins, and Michelle “Mikki” Sario.
A memorial for Aaron will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Friday, June 16, from 2-4 pm.
Aaron was a loving son, brother, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
