Charlene Kay Henry, 55, of Arab, Alabama, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Henry was born on September 14, 1960 in Pontiac, Michigan to Shirley Rouse Hoover. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Grassy Community since 1999. She was of the Protestant Faith and attended Sweet Home Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years: Roger Lynn Henry; her parents: Shirley and Donald Hale; one son: David Tester; two daughters: Renae Boyd, Heather Vest (Matthew), three step daughters: Brandy Henry, Alecia Cordell, Kellie Mashburn (Joey), three grandchildren: Tara Boyd, Tyler Boyd, David Vest; one brother: Andy Hoover and a sister Sandy Crowder. She was preceded in death by a brother: Harold Hoover.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. – Tuesday – June 7, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. Andy Brown officiating. The family elected cremation following the service. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
