Funeral services for Mrs. Charlene D. McDonald, age 99 will be held on Sunday December 1, 2024 at 2 PM in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home in Trenton, Tn with Tammy Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Heaven Memory Gardens in Trenton. Visitation with the family will be Sunday December 1, 2024 starting a 12 Noon until service time at 2 PM in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. McDonald a former employee of W.S. Wormser Garment Co. in the Shipping Department and member of Westside Baptist Church passed away on Monday November 25,2024 at the Trenton Health care and Rehab Center in Trenton, TN.
Mrs. McDonald was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Nannie (Denton) Tomlin and husband Ottis F. McDonald.
Mrs. McDonald is survived by; a daughter Barbara Moody and husband Gayle of Gibson Wells, TN; a sister Geneva Carlson of Milan, TN; two grandchildren Kimberly Alford of Dyer, TN and Jeff Moody of Jackson, TN; three great grandchildren Josh Alford, Nickey Mcelroy, and Jack Moody; five great-great grandchildren McKinley Daffron, Bentley Mcelroy, Tatum Mcelroy, Annie Alford, and Holden Alford.
