Charcie Mae Price, 76 of Haleyville, entered into rest on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Lakeland Community Hospital in Haleyville.
Charlcie was born on March 15, 1944 in Winston County, Alabama. She loved her family, flowers, going to yard sales and she enjoyed life.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 4-5pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be at 5pm. Burial will be in Oak Grove Church of Christ Cemetery in Delmar. Brother John Humphries will officiate.
Charlcie is survived by her son, Robert H. Price and his wife Clesha; daughters, Tami Alena Fortenberry and her husband Tim, and Patsy Ann Dye; granddaughters, Debbie Dickerson and her husband Jeremy, and Brittany Leeanne Price; grandson, John David Price; brother-in-law, Jimmy D. Whitman; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Author Price; parents, John Henry Smith and Elise Mae Beck Smith; brother, Grady D Smith and his wife Clovis James; and sister, Julie Faye Whitman.
